Kate Holden

Some things in life require explaining. Kate Holden is not, in fact, one of these things, but information shall be provided regardless. Born in the dry Texas heat and raised on a rather dank and sweaty stretch of Mississippi bayou, Kate is undeniably Southern. Bafflingly, she refuses to feel shame for this, choosing instead to park her seersucker-clad bottom in a rocking chair on the veranda and toast us with a mint julep and a wink.

At the moment, Kate is following the pointy and sheet-stained path of glory that is student nursing. She is especially excited that this career will give her the opportunity to legally poke strangers with needles both large and small. But mostly large. In her free time, she enjoys writing, swamp hiking, and harboring a polite disdain for mankind. Also, Kate has an unhealthy obsession with ponies.
